Boddingtons Show Success Confirmed
Leading medical device manufacturer, Boddingtons, continues to track new enquiries and orders in 2023 via its careful selection of exhibition and marketing opportunities.
The company’s first-time showing at Pharmapack, Paris in February was followed up this month with a successful presence at Medical Technology UK, Coventry. And in a few weeks’ time the Boddingtons exhibition stand will greet medical sector visitors at the entrance to the Med-Tech Expo 2023.
The company’s Commercial and Technical Manager, Chris Philpott says that ‘we continue to enjoy good fortune in selecting marketing opportunities that bring us into direct contact with our target customer based. Medical Technology UK did not disappoint in that regard this year and we now look forward to pushing further ahead in June via the Med Tech Innovation exhibition at the NEC, June 7-8.
Colin Martin, Medical Technology UK show organiser says that the annual event has gone from strength to strength. ‘We were delighted to have a superb second edition of Medical Technology UK,’ he says, ‘with a very precise focus – namely on the design, development and production of medical devices for the UK’s medical industry.’
Colin adds that ‘our visitor numbers were up by more than 20% on 2022 and the exhibitor re-book onsite reached 60%. That is an extremely high figure in comparison to B2B events in general and highly indicative of the quality audience we deliver and the value that the exhibitors enjoy.’
The show’s detailed learning programme was extremely well attended and it dovetailed seamlessly with the adjacent exhibition. Professor Tony Young OBE, the National Clinical Lead for Innovation at NHS England, opened the first day with his “Future of Medical Technology innovation” session. Colin adds that ‘ basically we cannot wait to be back on 13-14 March 2024.’
